Guy Livneh is a software veteran, entrepreneur, and investor, with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. After his service in the Israeli Defense Forces Software Corp, Guy led several successful US start-ups, including co-founding Sentrigo, a security software company (acquired by McAfee). At PreciseMD, Guy leads product and software delivery for clients across the globe.

As a leukemia and bone-marrow stem cell transplant survivor, Guy is deeply committed to developing technologies that can help unburden healthcare systems and improve outcomes for patients so they get back to doing what they love. Outside the office, you can find Guy playing his keyboard at concerts throughout the US.

Mark Dorner started his career co-founding a pioneer online portal in Israel (later acquired by Microsoft) and serving in an elite computing division in the Israeli Defense Force. Mark has over 30 years of experience leading digital transformation for US businesses ranging from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500s. While working with the founding team at RelayHealth, now a division of McKesson, he and his team created the physician revenue services platform that now processes over $12 billion in financial and clinical transactions annually.

Co-Founder and Managing Partner at PreciseMD, Mark applies his deep expertise in healthcare, RCM, fintech, and banking to oversee system design, project planning and delivery for the company’s growing roster of global clients. Mark finds balance outside work with his two young children and as a disciple of the Hung Ga style of Kung Fu.

Bill Sims’ 30+ year passion for creating products and businesses in the healthcare IT industry has led to the rapid growth and success of over a half dozen startups and emerging businesses ‒ including HBO & Company, Novo Innovations and Medicity.

Bill’s experience includes software design and development, sales management, product development, business development, marketing and account management. In those roles, Bill has developed, sold and delivered leading-edge products to hundreds of hospitals and generated significant valuations for high-growth organizations. When Bill isn’t working, he enjoys playing and recording music ‒ and including friends and family all over the country in the recording process.

Tracy Sutherland has spent the last 25 years transforming businesses through software, both as an entrepreneur and working in large global consulting companies. She has been instrumental in delivering large scale, complex solutions to market, such as Medicaid and SCHIP solutions for the Affordable Care Act, voter registration systems, cellular billing systems, as well as prototyping online banking solutions.

As a Senior Project and Program Manager at PreciseMD, Tracy works closely with enterprise clients to deliver software solutions on time and on budget. She has an MBA in Business and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) and an Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP). She is also Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certified by the Scrum Alliance. Tracy has been working with the Agile methodologies for over a decade and can leverage that approach to deliver projects quickly.

In her spare time, Tracy can be found touring public and private botanical gardens, and tending to her own beautiful garden which includes over 195 rare palms.
